Payment & Shipping policies
We only accept PayPal. We Apologize for only accepting this one payment method but it makes it easier for us to track your payment.
All International buyers will need to pay import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) according to your country’s government laws in order to clear customs.
Handling shipping generally takes about a week – please refer to the product sale page for the shipping date.
Shipping and handling fees are included in each invoice and are paid by the buyer.
Please, do not use a PO box or have us ship to a military address, a restricted area, a naval port and/ or Jurong island, all carriers on earth refuse to ship to these areas.
If an item is lost/damaged during shipping, we’ll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no addition cost.
Replace & Refund Policies
There will be no replacement if having a stem problem or any issue happening after 07 days of receiving the keycap. But we will always support you to find the best solution. Please contact us here.
We have instructions on how to use the stem in case the stem is a bit tight, please follow the instructions so as not to damage the stem.
Please keep in mind that every Ketcat’s keycap is 100% handmade, there are no two identical keys so there might be some minor differences or imperfections.
In case you receive a replacement keycap, please destroy the keycap or break the stem so that no problems later on.
For all orders that are already shipped but have not arrived after 3 months from the shipping date, we will need to check with the Post before any compensation.
For confirmed lost parcels, we will send out the new one immediately or store credits for your next order based on your preference.
